we respect your privacy and will use your name, email or shipping address to communicate with you about your order and to fulfill your order.

 

SHIPPING INFO
all items will be shipped via Japan post - orders will be processed within 7 -10 business days of placing your order, some orders take longer and will be indicated on the listing. you will be sent an email notification when your order gets shipped out.

for custom orders, please allow between 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. We do not ship out orders on the weekends.

we provide three methods of shipping that you can choose from (the drop down menu will be at checkout)

 

Due to the covid-19 situation, we are able to ship internationally by Yamato Tranport for now.
Insurance & delivery 5-7 days with a tracking number.
Please leave us a note "YOUR PHONE NUMBER" to fill in the shipping label.

once we send out the order it is in the hands of the post office - please contact post office with your tracking number to get more info on the location of your package (items that are sent with no tracking and no insurance, the post office cannot check) .

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect shipping addresses - we ship to your ADDRESS PROVIDED- refunds for your order can not be made due to this.

RETURN POLICY

Because all items are custom made, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please make sure to measure your dog's neck correctly and the size or the width you ordered is correct.
We are happy to provide a refund or exchange your item if something was shipped to you incorrectly, or if we made a mistake during our production of your item.

 Must contact us within 5 days.

 

WE DO OUR BEST to photograph the work - please keep in mind that the image color may appear differently according to your computer screen.

-for items being refunded we can only refund the cost of the item not the shipping
-when an item is being returned to us, we are NOT responsible for items lost in transit.
-for items you want to exchange/refunded - you are responsible for the shipping costs to send it to us and you are responsible for the shipping costs to be sent back to you.
-please mark "RETURN"  on the package and ship back via the postal service, we are not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred when the package returns to us.

if an item arrives damaged due to postal transit (for insured items only) please contact us to file a claim with the post office - the item must be photographed in order to make the claim.

PRODUCT CARE
wash in the washing machine.
The preferred method for washing would be in cold and hang to dry.
Please do not use bleach.
